1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documents that were included.

If your product does not meet these conditions, we may be unable to accept the return, or you may be subject to a restocking fee.

  4. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and restocking fees may apply in certain cases.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either offering a replacement, repair, or full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items
